I can’t get over this jacket from tonight’s episode of Warehouse 13. I love the collar and the back inverted V, as well as the fitted sleeve.
I love how it folds like origami. I’ll be thinking about this jacket.
Are you ever so distracted by an inspiring item of clothing, art, music, that you can’t keep going? You just have to stop, right there, and take note? Also, has anyone seen a pattern that comes close? Or that I can piece with another pattern?
I felt that way about a jacket Robin wore on HIMYM a year or so ago… Still wanting to make it.
That one’s cool, I haven’t seen anything like that but it’s definitely within the realm of possibility that I just overlooked it….
Robin has often worn stuff I wanted to make. Definitely! This season of Warehouse, this particular character has a different wardrobe and I like it!

I get absolutely distracted by knits and knitting while watching shows & movies. I will pause them so that I can get a good look at what is being worn or made. That’s ok when I’m watching by myself, but others aren’t always patient while I mentally reverse-engineer.
Interesting lines! I was fascinated by H.G.’s clothes when she was on that show – I think my favorite was the black jacket that she wore in her “traitor” scene with the trident. I don’t have cable, so I will have to wait to see Myka’s “origami” jacket (at least I think that’s Myka mid-blink from your pic) when it’s on Netflix.
I am often distracted by costumes and have a tendency to forget to pay attention to the actual plot. I do lots of rewinding and pausing when I’m alone and I see something I love.
I love H.G.’s costumes, too! This season has been a new one for Myka’s costumes. I’m loving the choices.
