Instead of holding back and having to keep secrets- I’m terrible at it- I’m gonna share what I’m making for others and either hope the people getting these gifts don’t notice my blog or won’t guess which gift is for them.
So here’s my Doctor Who ( 11th Doctor ) wristlet. Like it?

What a beautiful little clutch! Is the main fabric burlap? Super cute. g
The brown fabric is the same wool suiting I used for my cape. It does read burlap on the screen, doesn’t it. thanks.
I LOVE this!!!
thanks Karen.
So pretty! It is a timelessly classic style. =)
That’s what I love about it. You can carry it and it looks like your classic clutch. You can enjoy it even if you’re not a Whovian. But if you are…well.
Making it perfect for a “Time Lord” hehe.
Yup. They look like they’re regular human but they’re not.

I made a whole bunch of these at Christmas for my daughter’s friends. Mainly from leftover denim and polka dot cotton scraps. Sooo cute!
Denim and polka dots sounds super cute. It’s such a satisfying project, no?
It is and the kids’ response was lovely. Now I keep seeing them everywhere I go… my own sewing is stalking me!
Your sewing is stalking you! Watch out
Bow ties are definately cool. I want to make a self tie bow tie for my doctor who themed sew a long. Which reminds me the holding post needs updating….
Cool, you’re doing a Doctor Who sewalong?
Yep. As its 50th anniversary. I’m trying to make something ‘connected’ to each doctor by the end of the year.
